A members' house at Cannes Lions

The festival is loud. The House is where you think.

Growth Hub is a daytime members' house for the marketing industry during Cannes Lions 2027. A private residence in Cannes where the right people work, eat and talk properly, then step out to the Croisette for the evening.

The House

A private residence, not a conference floor

Growth Hub takes over a private home in Cannes for the week of the festival. Room to work, a table worth sitting at, quiet corners for the conversations that actually move things forward.

The House is built around empowering women and under-represented groups in advertising and media. Membership is curated, so every introduction is worth making.

Where is it?

That's rather the point. The House is a real residence, air-conditioned throughout, with transfers to the Palais des Festivals arranged for members.

The address is shared when your membership is confirmed.

House Days

The same rhythm, five days running

Book the moments you need and drop in around them. The House opens for breakfast and closes at 7pm, so your evenings on the Croisette stay yours.

08:00

Roundtable breakfast

A themed conversation over coffee and croissants. Hosted, curated and off the record.

10:00

The working morning

Quiet co-working with fast wifi, meeting corners and space to take a call in peace.

13:00

Roundtable lunch

Curated tables that seat the right people together. Lunch here does more than most meetings.

15:00

Mentoring and talks

Speed mentoring, workshops and honest talks from leaders who have done the work.

19:00

Doors close

A golden-hour wind down, sometimes with light acoustic music. Then out into your evening.

House Rules

Few, but firm

The House keeps daylight hours

Doors open for breakfast and close at 7pm sharp. No parties, no late nights. Cannes has plenty of those already.

What's said at the table stays there

Roundtables run off the record so members can speak honestly. That's what makes them worth attending.

Everyone gets the room

The House exists to open doors for women and under-represented talent. Members share the space, the mic and the introductions.

Quiet is a feature

Music stays light and acoustic. Calls happen in corners. The loudest thing in the House should be a good conversation.

Membership

Places are limited by the walls of a real home, which is exactly how we like it.
